To play the above presentations offline, they need to be downloaded to your computer and extracted from their .zip state.
Once downloaded, simply double-clicking on the .zip file on a Mac will extract it. On a PC, double-clicking will just let you look inside the .zip file. You will need to explicitly "extract" to get the files in a state where they will work. Once the files have been extracted or uncompressed, you can open the folder and double click on the index.htm file. The presentation will then launch.
