Description: CSI is an organization established by the Board of Trustees of the State University of New York (SUNY) in February 1999 to assist them in administering their responsibilities under the New York Charter Schools Act of 1998. The Institute has prepared an Application Kit for applicants to apply to the SUNY Trustees to create and operate a charter school.
