Union Hill High School believes that its' goals can be best acheived by immersing students in a print-rich environment in which technology is appropriately integrated.
The role of staff is to equip students to deal with change (social, economic and/or political) by fostering achievement in basic skills hile teaching independent creative and critical thinking skills.
Students must be encouraged to accept responsiblility for their own learning. In turn, the school accepts the responsiblilty of providing appropriate resources and meaningful activities that meet the needs of everyone. Staff, parents, students and community must work in concert, participating in the decision making process, thus allowing all students to attain the highest level of acheivement possible.
