Twelve studies find that overall gains in charter schools are larger than other public schools; four find charter schools’ gains higher in certain significant categories of schools; six find comparable gains; and, four find that charter schools’ overall gains lagged behind traditional schools.

Their goal is to educate the public about charter schools, provide technical assistance to existing Delaware charter schools and those yet to open, and to serve as a unified voice for the state's charter schools at the state and national level.
