So many good ideas, suggestions and practices, how could anyone disagree. However, these opportunities are limited because as some have suggested, they would prefer new and younger teachers. That leaves out a large number of teachers who have the experience who have the qualifications, enthusiasm and desire for change and reform. They also have families to care for that seems to distract from their desirability.
