I agree completely, Joe. It does seem to me that no matter what model we choose, real excellence is dependent on building an atmosphere of trust and through that, a web of relationships that can stand strong when the inevitible days of doubt and discouragement happen. Maybe there are effective examples out there that don't fit this characteristic? What do you think?
