I don't have any models to suggest but I have a question regarding training teachers to take ownership. I recently did some work in newly restructured traditional district schools and an issue that came up was teaching both principals and teachers to take advantage of newly granted autonomy. Does EdVisions train teachers how to take ownership and be leaders, in other words think outside of the traditional teacher box?
