Yes, absolutely schools should see what other schools are doing and duplicate parts of the programs that appeal to the founders of the new school. I'm afraid I wasn't very clear about that. What's frightening to me is something that I see some - the recognition that a school is succesful turning into a sort of franchising. Picking up MNCS's organization and structures and then implementing them wholesale elsewhere is, I feel, a mistake.
