I agree with Dorothy. As a "highly qualified teacher" I would be looking at interviewing schools to see if I could answer yes to all of the questions she posed and then I would compare salaries. Given that all schools are competing for the most qualified teachers, it becomes a buyers market... If highly qualifed teachers can pick and choose the schools they want, why would they settle for anything less than yes to all the questions. You know that commercial where the lenders are competing for the buyers approval..
