Bob, absolutely. Our SEA requires replicability of the educational program we are creating. If we want to see more schools like ours, then more teachers will be needed. However, a question to consider as we continue to think about this is: how capable is the local credentialing program in preparing student/intern teachers to work in our school? Do they have the knowledge and expertise to prepare prospective students for an environment such as ours? Will initial work need to be done with teachers teaching in a credentialing program?
