Take a look at what EdVisions, Inc. is doing in Minnesota. They promote the model of a Teacher Professional Partnership. If teachers are professionals, shouldn't they be responsible for themselves? Their actions? Their curriculum? Their professional development? Isn't it possible for teachers to hold each other accountable? It is an interesting model, one worth looking at AND pursuing.
