charter school facility funding?	6/9/04 2:45 PM

I know we differ from state to state on how charter schools are funded but can someone tell me how their state actually does fund facilities as in CT we get a per pupil figure (way below the state average)period. We were able to apply for a one time facility grant (which most of us did) but that only got us our building and forced us into debt to renovate.
