I completely agree with Otho Tucker that any program is difficult to replicate - thank goodness!
The beauty of small, innovative schools is that their primary mission can be to meet the needs of the current population with, as he suggests, the local resources available at the time.
No school is exactly the same from year to year, let alone place to place. Finding the "perfect" model and then shelving our critical thinking skills is not the way to keep a school/program vibrant and meeting the needs of our students and preparing them for society.
