Patty, I hope you stick around for tomorrow's discussion on teacher leadership, quality, and retention. At that time, could you speak to what has kept someone like yourself in the classroom and how charter schools might replicate these conditions and your story? The charter school movement will get only as far as its teachers take it.

May I humbly also request, as moderator, that you present your valuable insight, observations & essential questions in multiple posts. This will help participants best digest each and all of your important points.Thanks!
