Some charter school advocates proclaim that charter schools are designed to test the do more with less theory of change. These advocates support charter legislation with little, if any, facility funding.
Most charter school advocates believe that adequate facility funding should be a provision of all charter legislation. These advocates must continue to lobby to correct the facility funding flaw in state legislation. In the meantime, local and national charter school leaders, charter school operators, and the federal government continue to identify and promote the creative solutions that dialogue participants are sharing.
Do we have creative solutions for securing charter legislation with full facility funding?
