Lynanne - we can be seen as R & D models. Your recommendation would be worth approaching your state department of education with. You still should expect to submit to some standardized testing in reading and math. It's all about increased student achievement - and anyway you can prove that your students are achieving definitely meets the spirit of NCLB.
