Not in the least! The question of how you increase the quantity of charters is an important one. But frankly, I am more interested in the question of how we increase the quality of existing charters. It often feels to me today as if we'e embraced a governance change but we've brought the same old tired strategies to the party. If we're not going to do things differently, why charter at all? Just a thought...
