This discussion thread is so on target to what GA is experiencing. We have 233 schools in restructuring. Only 2 chose to "go charter". We are deciding now how to inform the next "batch" of restructuring schools about the charter option -- how do we frame the option? do we emphasize the implementation funds? what parameters will we create for those schools choosing this option? These questions are very real to us now.
