It would seem to me that schools of education in strategic colleges and universities would be important targets when garnering support. I am a doctorial student working towards a degree in Education, Policy, Planning and Learning and I have seen the profound impact a professor can have on influencing student opinion. Do you agree that these groups are important stakeholders and part of those who need to hear the message?
