Hi all---

Building on Dan's and other' suggestions, it seems to me a basic attitude to take is that of a businees that needs PR and advertising. And it seems obvious that the movement needs some kind of centralized organization that then has a central online resource place.

Are these things in place? Is there a central group that is a "must belong to" for Charters and is there a central place for information and research support? Forgive my naivete if I am stating the obvious.
