Unfortunately, I cannot. That's not to say that there aren't folks out there working very hard to develop such systems. The evolution of Colorado's system appears to be headed in the right direction. I'm intrigued by Ohio and Minnesota's new authorizers legislation. And I expect to see major progress in California.
