Charter Report Flawed: California Research Group Offers Baseless Criticism

The Center for Education Reform has written a response to the PACE study titled Charter Schools and Inequality: National Disparities in Funding, Teacher Quality, and Student Support. The CER argues that this report has not offered data to support its statement that charters may reinforce the achievement gap. The CER is a national, independent, non-profit advocacy organization.
