http://www.publicagenda.org/specials/vouchers/voucherhome.htm
This study posed more than 40 questions on vouchers and charter schools to 1,200 Americans, plus additional subsamples of parents and community leaders. Only 8% of parents said they would definitely send their school-age children to a charter school.
