Job Description:
Well-established NYS Charter School located in Buffalo, NY is looking for a Head of School to provide exceptional leadership in all areas of school program.
Qualifications:
A successful candidate will:
be a visionary;
have experience supervising Heads of Lower School (K-4) and Upper School (5-8);
be knowledgeable of school finance and human resources with the ability to supervise a finance professional;
work well with faculty and administrative teams;
have school fundraising and grant procurement experience;
have experience working with a governing board;
have expert communication skills with parents, teachers, students, board members, community members;
be knowledgeable of, or willing to learn, NYS Charter School Law.
